Skills Required
- 7+ years of Engineering experience
- Extensive expertise in the banking domain
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Adherence to security, compliance, and cost optimization standards in implementations
- Hands-on programming/scripting experience (Java, Python, Shell scripting)
- Infrastructure as Code implementation experience (Terraform, Crossplane, or equivalent)
- Experience with OpenShift Container Platform and/or Google Cloud Platform and/or Microsoft Azure
- Enterprise automation solutions design and implementation (Ansible, Harness CD, GitHub Actions, Playwright, etc.)
- 2+ years experience with AI, Generative AI, and agentic automation solutions
- Experience with Generative AI, RAG pipelines, agentic AI systems, context graphs, and knowledge graph foundations
- Exposure to GCP Vertex AI, Agentspace, MCP, A2A
- Generative AI leadership or cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and vector databases
- Expertise in cloud AI platforms (GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML), on-prem AIML systems, and MLOps frameworks
- Strong programming skills (Python, SQL/NoSQL) and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Proven track record in enterprise-scale AI deployments and model migration projects
- Experience building full-stack agentic AI automations using frameworks like LangGraph, Crew AI, Microsoft AutoGen, LangChain, Chainlit
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with limited supervision and high accountability
- Ability to dynamically engage in high-impact production incidents and provide incident analysis and resolution
- Ability to guide engineering teams, set best practices, and mentor lead engineers
