• You will be part of the German Economics team and will work on tracking various economies, analysis of macro-economic indicators and key drivers of the economy; creation and maintenance of databases; work on regular DB periodical research reports and adhoc requests.
• The Fixed Income and Currencies business consists of Interest Rate Derivative, Foreign Exchange and Cash Bonds trading businesses. Fixed Income and Currencies business is a market leading provider of innovative investment, risk management and financing solutions to Corporates, Governments and Institutional Investors globally.

Your Key Responsibilities:

As Fixed Income and Currencies (FIC) Trader you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for all Primary Dealer (PD) activities front to back which include – IGB,SGS, T- bill auction bidding, meeting minimum bidding commitments, turnover, success ratios, meeting retail targets and to keep up with Reserve Bank of India regulatory commitments for the PD activity.
• Responsible for risk management, execution, trade capture and PNL signoff of trading book.
• Pricing and executing Corporate and Institutional client flows Continuous exploration of overall platform enhancements with emphasis on flow automation. Client engagement - Market share acquisition.
• Help the trading desk with Daily activities and macro analysis.

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Asia FIC trading.
• History of risk management, managing trading books and business development.
• Deep knowledge of India Local Markets and products.
• Knowledge of genesis of Client flows.
• An understanding and proficiency in managing trading books – foreign exchange and interest rate risk.
• Very strong quantitative skills and product knowledge.
• Team player, willing to contribute to the collaborative success of the broader team.
• Creative personality.
• Innovative track record.
• Strong networking / communication skills. '
• Can do' positive attitude. Quick learner.
