Responsibilities
Conduct risk-based compliance reviews and assessments of critical business processes, based on risk evaluations, management priorities, and identified issues.
Review, challenge, and assess end-to-end processes, practices, and operational activities to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and GEM certification standards.
Plan and execute GEM audits in accordance with the GEM Audits Roadmap.
Facilitate detailed process walkthroughs to evaluate process design, implementation, and operational effectiveness.
Perform evidence-based testing and sampling of transactions to verify process compliance, consistency, and effectiveness.
Manage and govern the GEM Compliance Non-Conformity (NC) process through internal tools (eCAMS).
Monitor, track, and report the status of NCs to ensure timely resolution and closure.
Validate the adequacy, effectiveness, and sustainability of corrective and preventive actions implemented by process owners.
Ensure visibility, accountability, and appropriate escalation of overdue, critical, or high-risk non-conformities.
Identify systemic compliance and operational risks and drive actions to mitigate them.
Promote the horizontal deployment of corrective actions, lessons learned, and best practices across functions, business units, and regions.
Drive consistency and standardization of processes to prevent recurrence of identified issues.
Support organizational learning by sharing compliance insights, audit findings, and improvement opportunities.
Partner with stakeholders to strengthen process governance, compliance awareness, and operational effectiveness.
Identify and promote best practices that enhance process performance, efficiency, and standardization.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing trends, recurring issues, and root causes.
Prepare compliance reports, audit summaries, and management updates to support informed decision-making.
Support the achievement and maintenance of GEM certification requirements through ongoing compliance assurance activities.
Foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Position Requirements
Degree or Equivalent in specific domanin/ discipline is aimed to be supported/audited
A minimum of 2yrs experience in the specific process is going to support.
Fluent in English
Automotive experience in high volume manufacturing environment is preferred
