Wir besetzen eine Vakanz mit einem Spezialisten oder einer Spezialistin für die Gehaltsabrechnung in Deutschland, die ebenfalls Anforderungen an Beratungstalente für interne Payroll-Projekte stellt.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Komplette Verantwortung für die selbstständige Erstellung der Entgeltabrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit einem externen Dienstleister, unter Berücksichtigung der steuer-, sozialversicherungs- und arbeitsrechtlichen Bestimmungen
• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung der Entgeltabrechnung der Fiserv-Einheit in Österreich
• Analyse und Lösungsfindung bei Abweichungen und Unterstützung bei Prüfungen
• Update von Payrollunterlagen (z.B. Versicherungsdaten, Abzüge, Änderungen, etc.)
• Anfertigung von Standard sowie ad hoc Reports (z.B. Bezüge, Abwesenheiten, Schwerbehinderung, etc.)
• Verbuchung der monatlichen Abrechnungen und Kontenabstimmung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzbuchhaltung
• Betreuung und Abwicklung betrieblicher Zusatzleistungen (bAV, Rentenzahlungen, etc.) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
• Ansprechpartner/in in allen Fragen zum Thema Entgeltabrechnung
• Personalstammdatenpflege sowie administrative Bearbeitung der Ein- und Austritte von Mitarbeitern in Workday
• Betreuung des Zeiterfassungssystems
• Bearbeitung des Bescheinigungs- und Meldewesens
• Korrespondenz mit Behörden, Sozialversicherungsträgern, Krankenkassen und Ämtern

Was Sie mitbringen sollten

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre
• Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich mit Schwerpunkt Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
• Fundierte Erfahrungen im Umgang mit einem Abrechnungsdienstleister
• Erweiterte MS-Office Kenntnisse
• Detailorientiertes Arbeiten, eine ausgeprägte Genauigkeit sowie eine freundliche und zuvorkommende Umgangsart setzen wir voraus
• Gute Englischkenntnisse (GeR mind. B2/C1) und fließende Deutschkenntnisse (GeR mind. C2) in Wort und Schrift
