Job Description SummaryAs the Learning & Development intern, you will partner with the broader Learning and Talent Management teams to support functional upskilling initiatives. You will bridge the gap between business upskilling needs and offerings by working directly with Learning Management Systems (LMS), tools and processes.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Testing: Run and validate test scripts to support a successful implementation of a new Learning Management System
• Standard Work: Develop standard work and operating procedures for content creators; taking into account early learnings from Workday implementation
• Data Analysis: Compile second generation metrics (from KPIs) across the various learning platforms and content providers.  Utilize AI to produce executive summaries and/or analytics. 

• AI (Artificial Intelligence): Develop a library of Learning & Development + HR commonly used “use cases” and effective prompts that can be utilized daily/weekly/monthly to gain productivity

Qualifications:

• Previous or current matriculated coursework in Business, Data, Learning, Human Resources or related field.
• Must commit to an eight-week internship experience
• Must meet minimum hour requirements: 20 hours per week
• Must be authorized to work in the US

• Customer service and communication skills                                                              • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)                              • Desire to learn and achieve

The pay for this position ranges from $21-30 hr.

This position is also eligible for:

• GE Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) after their accumulated service reaches 90 days, and they meet any other eligibility requirements as defined in the plans. (Eligibility occurs on the 1st of the month following the 90th day.)
