What you will do:
Turn Customer Vision into Winning Solutions
You'll get under the skin of what customers are really trying to achieve - then connect those ambitions directly to Ericsson's portfolio in ways that are compelling, credible, and commercially sharp. You won't be translating slides. You'll be building conviction.
Lead the Technical Conversation
From early pre-sales through design and delivery, you'll drive technical discussions with confidence - asking the right questions, uncovering real needs, and crafting solutions that stand up to scrutiny. Key Account CTOs will come to rely on your judgment.
Shape Deals That Matter
You'll provide specialised sales support on high-impact opportunities - developing strategic plans, leading customer workshops, analysing market trends, and ensuring every proposal lands with precision. When the stakes are high, you'll be the one setting the standard.
Span Boundaries, Create Impact
This role is deliberately broad. You'll work across both MA Domains and Business Areas, giving you rare visibility into the full breadth of Ericsson's business - and rare influence over how we show up for customers at the most critical moments.
Make the Team Smarter
You'll actively share what you know - best practices, lessons learned, technical insights - elevating not just your own work but the capability of everyone around you. Your input will also feed directly into Ericsson's R&D, shaping the products and solutions of tomorrow.
