- Provide application consultation, on-site support, and demonstrate the latest GC/GCMS technologies and workflow solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, emerging applications, and competitive technologies. Develop and execute GC/GCMS solution strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Understand customer analytical challenges and recommend effective solutions that deliver measurable value and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Design and perform customer sample tests, interpret results, and effectively communicate the technical and business value of Agilent solutions.
- Support application activities including solution development, instrument acceptance, customer training, method optimization and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to identify new business opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Materials Science, Food Science, Environmental Science, or a related scientific field.
- More than 3 years of hands-on experience with GC/MS technologies.
- Experience collaborating with companies in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the GC/GCMS market, applications, and competition.
- Demonstrate good teamwork and ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel as required (50% of the time).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fluent in Chinese, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
