The individual manages Credit Card Exceptions that did not auto match and resolve these items daily. The AR US Credit Card group works collaboratively to ensure that all AR US CC tasks (Inbound/Outbound Calls, Mail Prep, Sorting, Processing, Credit Card Exceptions) are completed timely.
Responsabilities:
- Receive incoming calls for internal and external customer about Credit Card Inquires.
- Contact customers (30 Outgoing Calls) for missing information and/or provide additional details on the transactions declined.
- Research multiple UPS systems when needed to resolve items.
- Update and maintain Credit Card Information of Customer Accounts.
Qualifications:
- Final year students, Technician, Technologist or Professional in Accounting, Finance or related careers.
- Intermediate English B2 (Conversational).
- Competent in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience in accounting and customer service (6 months).
- Basic financial knowledge

- Shift: Monday to Friday 6:30am-4:00pm
- Grade: 007
- Modality: Hybrid (2 months at home and 2 months in the office).
- Availability to work on holidays
