The Role

The Administrative/Financial Assistant will provide essential administrative and financial support to the Director of Media Operations. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including handling financial transactions, and providing general administrative assistance. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Financial Support
  • Conduct platform reviews
  • Make flowcharts and process flows
  • Assist in auditing tasks and reporting financial issues to the billing and finance team
  • Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives
  • Assist with data entry and data management and documentation tasks
  • Preparation of monthly decks in conjunction with team leads
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelors degree recommended
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support roles
  • Strong organizational time management and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to analyze data and present results accurately
  • Process Improvement initiatives
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of initiative
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
