We’re looking for a GB Plan Design Analyst to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to accurately code plan information amendments in the system.  

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures
  • Practice good judgment in processing cases
  • Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors
  • Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics
  • Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operation Management

Required Qualifications: 

  • Open for fresh graduates, though preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of relevant work experience in a professional setting. 
  • Candidates with experience in back-office operations or administrative roles are highly desirable. This includes familiarity with office management tasks, data entry, document handling, and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations. 
  • A bachelor's degree in any field is required. 
  • Amenable for fixed night shift. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools 
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences. 
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a work environment.
