Initial Technical reviews with Suppliers
Upgrading supplier performance – monitor progress on improvement and date base maintenance
Screening of tech pack at various development stage
Carry out Quality Project at the discretion of Team head.
Carry out new supplier induction and training.
Technical qualification in garment / textile or business type degree
3-5 years of working experience in a related field
Knowledge of pattern making and fitting
A working knowledge of woven and knit fabric would be an advantage
Familiar with various international test method and standards (ISO, JIS)
Ability to build strong relationships with various working stakeholders
Experience in fitting for Plus size women and men will be an advantage.
Computer skill – MS office
Excellent communication skill both writing and speaking
Gerber knowledge will be an advantage
