Responsibilities

• Implement and formulate Sei's gaming strategy and execution plan
• Act as the first point of contact and gateway to the Sei ecosystem for gaming projects, both internally and externally
• Sustain and cultivate strong relationships with high priority dapps
• Ensure constant follow up with high priority dapps to grow their roadmap
• Execute unique strategic partnerships within the web3 gaming vertical
• Track emerging trends related to gamefi and its culture, recommend new products and partnerships to the Sei ecosystem
• Represent Sei externally at events, conferences, Twitter spaces, and more

Requirements

• 3+ years of business development experience, preferably with a gaming focus
• Deep network in the web3 gaming sphere
• Strong understanding of game design, tokenomics and gaming tooling, infrastructure
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing gaming partnerships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
