Develop technical strategies to drive the implementation of research findings in game development.
Lead the team to produce high-quality academic results, top-tier conference papers, and game application demos.
Oversee team building, talent development, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Job Requirements:

Passion for the gaming industry, with a strong background as an experienced gamer.
Ph.D. in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fields.
Solid foundation in machine learning, with expertise in reinforcement learning and agent technologies.
Exceptional coding and engineering skills, with a hands-on approach.
A commitment to excellence and a spirit of innovation and exploration.
Strong English communication skills and team management capabilities.
