Position Summary
This position supports SEHA by understanding and analyzing the facilities services needs of the business and employees. They will facilitate communications with internal and external stakeholders, develop processes to enhance day to day operations, and strive to achieve optimal facility efficiency.Role and Responsibilities
1. Contract negotiation, sourcing for new vendors, and budget control of service agreements for - Janitorial, recycling, cafeteria services, landscaping, etc.
2. Internal and external events and communications to support SEHA management activities.
3. Manage and lead the team on projects and innovation such as Zero waste to landfill with the help of in-house waste vendors, employees and visitors, local waste stream vendors, and in-house janitorial vendor.
4. Responsible for enhancing efficient facility operation and resource management.
5. Indirect purchasing- Office supplies, uniforms, etc.

Skills and Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or other related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of management experience in General Affairs (Administration). Mid-level project management experience. Experience using SAP.
3. Knowledge: Good knowledge of different business functions, Knowledge and experience with efficient internal office communications, Good working knowledge of administrative procedures and ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently and in compliance with the organization’s regulations
4. Skills: Advanced level excel skills and familiar with other Microsoft office products, Good interpersonal and communication skills. Vendor management, Ability to multi-task and be highly organized
