Job Summary:
We are seeking a G3P SAP G3P_E3P_PA1 Support Specialist to provide technical and functional support for SAP G3P (Global People Platform) and E3P (Enterprise Employee Experience Platform) within the PA1 (Personnel Administration) module. The role involves troubleshooting system issues, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless integration between HR processes and SAP systems.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SAP HR modules, data management, and system configurations. They will collaborate with internal teams to enhance system performance, resolve user issues, and support system upgrades and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide appropriate SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with Support teams in providing & testing solutions on programs & Interfaces
- Experience in working with GSN, Jira, and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Should be having work experience in the areas of ABAP on HANA with expertise in CDS, AMDP, OOABAP.
- Should have experience in REPORT, FORMS(Scripts/Smartforms/Adobe forms), Interfaces, Workflows, Enhancements(Exits/Badi/Implicit or explicit enhancements), CDS & AMDP development.
- Good understanding SAP FI module is required.
- Candidate is required Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions and implement it using best practices.
- Should have working experience on interfaces.
