FX Product Analyst

We are seeking an FX Product Analyst to join our FX Product team.  The role is ideal for someone with an interest in foreign exchange, product development and improving business workflows and processes. 

The analyst will play a key role in supporting the evolution of our internal FX platforms and InfoFX, partnering closely with Systems, Trading and Operations teams to enhance existing products and develop new capabilities aligned with industry changes and client needs. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the ongoing development and enhancement of internal FX platforms and InfoFX
  • Partner closely with Systems teams to evolve products and workflows based on market tends, regulatory developments and client requirements
  • Gather and document business requirements and functional specifications
  • Create, execute, and maintain test scripts for new functionality and system enhancements
  • Identify, log, and track defects through resolution
  • Assist with implementation activities, production releases, and post-release validation
  • Support day-to-day product operations including new user and client setups, troubleshooting production issues, responding to business and systems inquiries
  • Work cross functionally with Trading, Technology, Operations, and senior management to communicate updates, priorities and issues effectively
  • Contribute innovative ideas for new products, workflow enhancements, and process efficiencies

Education level and/or relevant experience(s):

  • Bachelors degree in finance, marketing or related discipline required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant course or work experiences preferred.
  • Experience working in the financial services industry preferred.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Knowledge of BBH products, services and practices preferred
  • Interest in foreign exchange
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Foundational business analysis skills preferred, including familiarity with business requirements, test scripts and business and technical workflows.
  • Excellent project management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with standard desktop tools, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.
  • Interest in innovation and continuous improvement

   

Salary Range

$85,000 - $100,000 + target bonus

BBH and its affiliates' compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
