About UsSince 2019, Landing has redefined apartment renting with the industry's first flexible living model. Our membership program provides consumers access to a network of apartments in 60+ top markets with no deposits, hassles, or stress.
About the RoleWe're looking for a Furniture Swap Coordinator to manage the movement of furniture across Landing's portfolio. When a unit is deinstalled, you'll determine where its furniture goes next — evaluating which market makes the most sense based on logistics, cost, and proximity — and coordinate every step until it lands. You'll also manage purchase orders with our furniture providers when new pieces are needed.
This role is about smart, efficient coordination: making sure no piece of furniture sits idle, no truck runs half-empty, and every decision balances speed with cost. You'll be expected to embody Landing's Leadership Principles: being authentic in your communication, hands-on in solving problems, and always putting our customers first. You'll also help drive scalable systems for long-term success, execute at speed, and contribute to a team culture that enjoys the journey together.
About the Team:
You'll join our dynamic Supply Operations Team, a group of professionals who turn plans into move-in ready homes. The team collaborates across design, logistics, and field operations to ensure every Landing home meets our brand standards for quality and comfort.
