Manage a segment of Landing properties in the St. Louis market, overseeing reservations, member experience, property and housekeeping partners, maintenance escalations, unit quality, KPIs, and new-property launches. The role requires resolving guest issues, coordinating operations, triaging urgent matters, and working flexibly during evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Supports Landing’s Legal team with legal correspondence, member matters, contract review and negotiation, compliance guidance, regulatory monitoring, and coordination with outside counsel, insurers, and government agencies. The role also maintains legal templates and processes, advises cross-functional teams on legal risk, and manages multiple active matters in English and Spanish from the Mexico City office.

Deploys to Landing markets nationwide for one to three weeks, assuming full market ownership during General Manager leave. Manages member experience, property relationships, vendors, maintenance escalations, unit quality, KPIs, market growth, VIP bookings, and assignment handoffs. Provides member support, coordinates new-home installations, and assists with training between assignments.
