Support the Legal team with regulatory and member correspondence, contract review and routing, compliance guidance, legal documentation, and coordination with outside counsel, insurance brokers, and government agencies. The role requires managing multiple matters, monitoring regulatory changes, and translating legal risks into practical guidance for Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.

Processes and reviews accounts payable transactions, corporate card expenses, vendor invoices, and supporting documentation. Maintains vendor records, fixed asset data, and financial documentation in systems such as NetSuite and Ramp. The role is entry-level, on-site in Mexico City, and requires strong organization, Excel and Google Sheets proficiency, English fluency, and attention to detail.

Manage the end-to-end permitting process for short-term rental apartments, including preparing applications, following up with U.S. city and county offices, tracking deadlines, processing renewals, escalating blockers, and updating internal systems when units are approved. Maintain a jurisdiction rules library and prioritize work that activates the most apartments. The role requires advanced English, persistence, strong organization, urgency, accuracy, and daily use of AI tools with careful verification.

Prospect for property owners and operators through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Qualify leads, generate and manage sales pipeline, conduct discovery conversations, research markets and competitors, and hand qualified opportunities to Account Executives. The role requires CRM and prospecting-tool proficiency, strong communication skills, resilience, and full-time availability at the Birmingham headquarters, with potential growth into a full-cycle sales position.

Own and grow relationships with apartment partners from onboarding through ongoing success. Responsibilities include launching new properties, expanding partner portfolios, securing short-term rental approvals and placements, handling partner requests, hosting kickoff calls and QBRs, coordinating with operations teams to resolve issues, and supporting business process improvements. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, problem-solving, account growth, and partner success experience.

Coordinate new property launches from contract signature through first move-in. Responsibilities include collecting property information, coordinating STR permit requirements, installations, key pickup, cleaning, photography, job completion, and accurate system updates. The role works closely with property owners, managers, legal, internal teams, and Area General Managers to ensure units meet quality standards and transition smoothly to ongoing operations.

Reconcile member accounts, process refunds, credits, and appeasements, support billing audits, resolve discrepancies and variances, and respond to billing inquiries. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, fluent English, and on-site availability in Mexico City.

Lead design for Landing’s AI-assisted apartment discovery and booking experiences across AI assistants, messaging apps, and personal agents. Reimagine conversational search and booking, improve the guest stay experience, build the brand and design system, prototype in code, ship to production, and validate decisions with guests. This founding designer will establish design standards and eventually hire and grow the design team.
