The Role

Posizione: Sud Piemonte

Scopo:

L'obiettivo dell'addetto alle vendite è quello di sviluppare le vendite e costruire rapporti di fidelizzazione a lungo termine con i clienti nell'area stabilita dall'azienda. Assicura l'attuazione delle attività di vendita stabilite dall'azienda, ovvero la disponibilità dei prodotti, il posizionamento, la promozione e il prezzo, per garantire un continuo sviluppo positivo del fatturato annuale e la redditività complessiva dell'azienda.

Lavoro (responsabilità):

  • Sviluppo e crescita delle vendite, sia in termini di fatturato che di margine.
  • Assicurarsi che la strategia generale dell'azienda sia allineata con i clienti e con il piano di vendita generale.
  • Garantire una comunicazione interna ottimale a livello gerarchico per contribuire al successo delle vendite e della gestione dei key account a livello più ampio.
  • Assicurarsi che tutti i materiali di vendita, comprese le presentazioni e i prodotti pertinenti, siano presentati al meglio al cliente e all'utente finale.
  • Massimizzare l'efficacia dell'implementazione di tutte le attività del conto.
  • Mantenere uno stretto rapporto con il servizio clienti.

La persona (requisiti):

  • Diploma di scuola superiore o laurea.
  • 2 anni di esperienza nelle vendite B2B.
  • Comunicazione - chiara e precisa nell'interazione.
  • Presentazione - comunicazione efficace dei punti chiave durante le presentazioni, mantenendo l'interesse del pubblico. 
  • Consapevolezza commerciale - comprendere le dinamiche del mercato moderno, l'impatto delle decisioni e le esigenze dei nostri principali rivenditori e utenti finali.
  • Negoziazione: massimizzare il rendimento al minimo costo e garantire che la situazione sia considerata vantaggiosa per l'azienda e per il rivenditore/impresa di costruzione.
  • Finanziario - comprendere le aree finanziarie necessarie, sia interne che esterne, e utilizzare queste competenze per promuovere le vendite e i margini dell'azienda.
