  • Lead periodic due diligence reviews of external pricing vendors and valuation specialists to ensure ongoing reliability and compliance.
  • Validate fair value pricing of securities using broker quotes and comparable bonds’ spreads and yields through proxy calculations.
  • Initiate price challenges with approved pricing vendors when discrepancies arise.
  • Work alongside traders, brokers, and CPVOC members to determine or calculate fair value pricing for securities and instruments not covered by approved vendors.
  • Prepare pricing-related materials for monthly CPVOC meetings.
  • Present pricing updates, including exceptions, resolutions, and related commentary, at CPVOC meetings each month.
  • Identify, validate, and contribute essential pricing data points for fair value forms.
  • Assist with various ad hoc projects aimed at improving pricing workflows.
  • Respond to client requests for pricing information as needed.
  • Address auditor inquiries regarding pricing information and assist in the ASC 820 fair value level hierarchy determinations.
  • Maintain the valuation policy and desk procedures.
