The Role
As a dynamic and results-driven Fundraising Solutions Specialist, you should have a goal-oriented mindset, providing creative solutions to internal or customer-facing problems. This position plays a key role in driving the growth of our fundraising solutions within the Bloomerang and Qgiv product suite. You will be working closely with our go-to-market and operations teams to facilitate the smooth transition of existing customers from third-party fundraising and payment solutions to our fully integrated Bloomerang Fundraising platform. Your objective will be increasing the adoption of our existing fundraising tools, ensuring that our clients maximize their value and impact.
What You Will Do
- Gain a thorough understanding of Bloomerang Payments and Bloomerang Fundraising capabilities and value propositions.
- Execute full-cycle sales, from initial outreach to activation, within Bloomerang's customer base.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to develop and refine compelling messaging for Bloomerang's customers and prospects.
- Identify opportunities for Bloomerang customers to utilize fundraising solutions by partnering with the Customer organization.
- Ensure seamless adoption of fundraising solutions by collaborating with payments operations and onboarding teams.
What You Need to Succeed
- 2+ years experience in a Sales or Customer Success role at a fundraising SaaS company, payment processor, ISO (independent sales organization) or ISV (integrated software vendor).
- Deep understanding of the value proposition of integrating payments into a SaaS platform
- A listener who can understand a customer’s pain and position our fundraising solution accordingly.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit willing to take on new challenges and creatively solve problems.
- Strong ability to help non-technical users understand complex topics.
- Creativity in assessing opportunities and developing solutions to get deals across the finish line
- Strong ability to partner across organizations to leverage various functional area partners to accelerate Bloomerang Payments and Fundraising growth
- The ability to work cross-functionally to ensure a smooth transition onto the Bloomerang Fundraising platform.
Nice to Haves But Not Required
- Experience with Stripe or similar payment processing platforms (Adyen, Square, PayPal, etc…)
- Understanding of nonprofit fundraising best practices and/or experience working in nonprofits.
- Knowledge of nonprofit CRMs

Compensation
As this is an incentive compensation role, there is a base salary with annual on target earnings of $95,000-$120,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
