Using our Salesforce technology stack including Zuora, Xero & Tableau, you’ll record, evaluate and interpret financial data to identify gaps, trends and areas of improvement which actively make DivoreMate and LEAP even better for our people, clients and communities.

This role requires a thorough understanding of the funding process and strong expertise in funder requirements in order to obtain timely client credit approval. As such, the candidate must ensure all paperwork, authentication and supporting documents are obtained and fully completed, in preparation for submission. Strong cross functional collaboration with the renewals department as well as new business, as applicable, will be key for the role as well as Client Experience for contract resolutions and service deactivations, as needed, and Finance for funding target alignment.

The Funding Coordinator will also be responsible for presenting the weekly cash flow funding forecast with projected risk adjustment, based on the existing pipeline. Regular updates are essential to determine current funding status and progress. This role also consists of ensuring client account balances are current, as well as actioning any that fall into arrears.

Further, the candidate is expected to provide creative solutions for greater efficiency, process streamlining and shorter turn-around time.

What you’ll do

  • Process order forms
  • Central contact for DivorceMate customers and funding partners
  • Attend weekly meetings with the partners to run through the pipeline and resolve roadblocks
  • Obtaining supporting documentation for identification and banking requirements
  • Responsibility for collection of past-due accounts
  • Maintain Bad debts list for use by Operations to keep track of delinquent firms & assign actions to team members
  • Assist our funding partners in gathering the data needed to get credit approval
  • Maintain funding information in SalesForce (stage, likelihood etc.)
  • Bill out funding partners via SalesForce
  • Update Zuora subscriptions
  • Provide funding forecast each week and attend weekly meetings

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with dealing with client conflict and frustrations in a positive manner
