This position is responsible for processing financial transactions for our UITF investors accurately and in a timely manner.
UITF Processing
- Check and review UITF related documents for completeness and accuracy
- For subscriptions, checks the document against the proof of payment and cut-off times
- For redemptions, check the validity of the request and transfer the redemption amount to client’s nominated settlement account within the redemption turn around time
- Processing of daily financial transactions into the TA system
- Generation of daily SLIMTC internal reports (i.e. subscription/redemption report to Investments)
- Responsible for the generation of daily orders to the outsourced Fund Accounting provider
UITF Client Administration
- Set-up of client account in CDE and the TA system
- Generation of client related reports (such as the COP and COR)
Responsible for client records maintenance, when applicable
Regulatory and Compliance
Ensures adherence to the set guidelines in relation to compliance and AML (ie. Documents, Screening checks, etc.)

Technical/Functional Skills and Knowledge Required
- Fluent in English, both in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment
- Familiar with Window-based applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Analytical, comprehension and presentation skills.
- Familiar with the end-to-end process of UITFs
Leadership/Other Skills
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Detail oriented with strong collaboration skills and the ability to learn, retain, and apply considerable amounts of information gathered from different sources
Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)
- Education
- Graduate of accounting or any business-related course
- Experience
- With at least 1 year of relevant experience in client servicing and transaction processing
- Experience working in financial institution is an advantage
