Job Description:

This team is passionate about creating innovative Salesforce solutions to transform businesses. We specialize in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Loyalty Management, and Salesforce Industries implementations, in collaboration with other teams, such as Marketing Cloud or Commerce Cloud, as needed. We thrive on innovation, creativity, collaboration, and out-of-the-box thinking as we deliver exceptional results for our clients. We serve a wide range of clients, across many different industry verticals, with projects ranging from simple, out-of-the-box implementations to fully custom solutions that rely very little on standard functionality.

About The Role

We are looking for a Functional Consultant in the Salesforce space who will help lead implementation projects for our client businesses. You will collaborate closely with both the project team and the client to design and implement Salesforce solutions that are purpose-built to meet each client’s specific needs. Your focus during any project will primarily be driving the on-platform configuration of the solution. You will work projects from start to finish but may be assigned to 2-3 projects at a time.

Responsibilities

  • You will work as part of a delivery team dedicated to the implementation of a custom Salesforce core platform solution for clients.

  • You will assist with the design of Salesforce core platform (Sales, Service, Loyalty Management) solutions for clients.

  • You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on methods and techniques for platform customization, development, and data migration practices.

  • You will lead the on-platform configuration/implementation of Salesforce core platform solutions for clients.

  • As part of designing any client solution, you will create various diagrams and flowcharts as are appropriate for each individual project. Some examples may include application ecosystem diagrams, current state/future state diagrams, data model diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams.

  • You will analyze complex business processes, identify opportunities for process improvement, and propose solutions to optimize Salesforce.

  • You will stay updated on new Salesforce functionalities, best practices, and industry trends to recommend solutions.

  • You will promote adherence to best practices for configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • You will be expected to manage your time effectively so you can complete all your assigned work in the time allotted or clearly communicate why the completion of work is delayed.

Qualifications

  • Required certifications (at least one of): Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Developer

  • Desired Certifications (any of): Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Architect, Platform Developer I, and/or Sharing and Visibility Architect

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce professional

  • 2+ years of experience implementing multiple Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solutions.

  • Previous experience implementing custom Sales/Service Cloud solutions.

  • Previous experience implementing Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions is a plus.

  • Excellent client management skills managing internal and external relationships.

  • Must work well with a variety of individuals, and display client and internal team leadership.

  • Experience with the Atlassian suite or comparable products for feature/ticket backlog management and documentation.

  • Experience assessing Salesforce solutions to ensure compliance with industry or regional regulations and appropriate security standards.
