Job DescriptionA Business Analyst (BA) bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering and analyzing requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders and the development team, and designing practical solutions. They support project management by defining scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure quality through testing and validation. Their role enhances operational efficiency, reduces costs, improves decision-making, boosts customer satisfaction, and fosters innovation and growth, ultimately contributing to the organization’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document their needs and translating these into detailed technical requirements.
- Communication Facilitation: Acting as a bridge between the business side and the development team to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Solution Design: Assisting in designing solutions that meet business needs while considering technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, total relevant experience, job level, and geographic location. The base pay range for this role is: $90,000-$110,000
