Functional Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented Functional Analyst to to support site updates, testing, and issue resolution across multiple regions. This role plays a key part in maintaining platform stability and ensuring changes are delivered accurately and reliably.
What You’ll Do:
- Thoroughly test in the Commerce environment to ensure accuracy and prevent potential misuse or financial loss due to promo issues.
- Deploy tested promotions to the production environment.
- Research and troubleshoot issues related to promotions and other site functionalities.
- Maintain site data including product details, user information and general content updates.
- Assist with site testing for bug fixes, enhancements and production issue resolution.
- Investigate and help resolve production issues, especially those related to promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth site operations.
- Align working hours with client time zone to support operational needs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud Backoffice or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough testing.
- Ability to manage multiple promotions and site updates across different regions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to align work hours with Pacific Coast time zone and support occasional production issues that occur after hours.
