Within our Individual Life IT department, whose mission is to support Athora through optimal incident and project management, we are looking for a Functional Analyst. You will be responsible for analyzing the solutions needed for the evolution of our branch21, branch 23, and branch 26 products. You will also be able to work on topics related to the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of our application system, including on projects.

Your responsibilitiesAs a Functional Analyst, you are responsible, among other things, for:
- Analyzing requests consolidated in business analyses and Service Desk incidents related to our business program.
- Defining the necessary developments in our mainframe IAA program to achieve project results and/or resolve incidents.
- Providing support for technical analysis.
- Participating in writing test scenarios with the testing team while being responsible for the tests.
- Monitoring test execution in collaboration with the developer.
- Verifying program quality and ensuring performance optimization.
- Documenting analyses to facilitate future maintenance.
- You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or science, or equivalent experience.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in IT solution analysis, ideally in life insurance.
- You have an excellent command of French or Dutch with a good command of the other national language and can work easily in English.
- You have already worked in a Mainframe environment, ideally IBM 3090.
- You have good knowledge of COBOL language.
- You are rigorous, organized, able to manage your priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- You are able to work and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- You have an analytical mind and are solution and results-oriented.
- You are proactive and know how to communicate with all types of interlocutors.
