- Collaborate with developers and designers to extract, cleanse, and transform HR data from legacy systems for archival.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the archive team to gather and document data requirements.
- Analyze legacy data structures and determine mappings to the Sysco Technology Archive format.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure integrity and completeness of archived data.
- Assist with creating functional documentation, data dictionaries, and mapping specifications.
