Fullstack Python Developer | Django, React & Cloud

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Python Full Stack Developer to lead the development of scalable, efficient, and reliable enterprise applications. This role involves designing and implementing both backend and frontend components, integrating automation and AI-driven solutions, and working collaboratively within agile teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, full-stack development frameworks, cloud technologies, and data management, and will drive innovative solutions to support strategic digital initiatives and improve operational workflows.

Software Requirements

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with Python, focusing on web or data-driven applications

• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React.js or Angular

• Strong expertise in backend development with Python, Django or Flask frameworks

• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development

• Experience with project management and version control tools: Git, GitHub Enterprise (GHE)

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) supporting deployment and automation

• Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

• Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Airflow, or similar

• Exposure to AI/ML integration and automation technologies

• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, PyTest, Selenium)

Overall Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications, APIs, and data pipelines

• Lead the integration of AI automation features into existing systems to enhance efficiency

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

• Write high-quality, reusable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices

• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning activities

• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance and security

• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup, automation, and deployment strategies

• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices in full-stack development and automation

• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in code quality and standards

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 6-10 years of full-stack application development, with strong emphasis on Python and frontend frameworks

• Proven experience leading end-to-end application and data pipeline projects in enterprise environments

• Experience integrating AI / automation features into applications is a plus

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows, containerization, and cloud deployment

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in Agile teams and manage multiple priorities

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop, review, and optimize full-stack applications and APIs for performance and security

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions

• Create and improve automated testing and deployment pipelines

• Troubleshoot issues across the stack, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes

• Participate in planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in coding and design

• Continuously research new tools, frameworks, and automation techniques to improve productivity and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience with Python and modern JavaScript frameworks

• Certifications in Python, cloud platforms, or relevant development practices are a plus

• Proven track record of delivering scalable, enterprise-grade applications
