About SINGU

At SINGU, we’re redefining how the world’s most ambitious real estate companies run their operations. Our mission is to become Europe’s leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios — empowering our Clients to protect revenue, boost efficiency, and unlock new value across every aspect of their business.

Our unified CAFM platform already powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals. Following our union with the UK’s Micad and Germany’s net-haus, we now help manage 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries — and we’re just getting started.

Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we’re scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus.

If you’re ready to help build Europe’s leading platform for property operations — and make a tangible impact on how the real estate industry works — join SINGU and be part of this transformation.

What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • Strong .NET & Backend Development Experience: You have solid commercial experience developing web applications using C# and the .NET framework. You have hands-on experience with ASP NET, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework, and you understand how to design scalable backend solutions while writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.

  • Frontend Understanding: You have experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS, and are comfortable working on web-based interfaces. Experience with Blazor or other modern UI frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js) is a plus — candidates familiar with similar technologies and willing to learn Blazor are very welcome to apply.

  • Database Expertise (SQL Server): You have strong experience with SQL Server technologies, including T-SQL, Stored Procedures, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). You can effectively diagnose and troubleshoot database-related issues, optimize queries and performance, and ensure data integrity, reliability, and efficiency in production environments.

  • Debugging & Problem Solving: You can analyse complex issues, diagnose system errors, and efficiently debug and resolve problems in both production and development environments.

  • Agile Mindset: You have experience working in Agile environments and understand Scrum processes, DevOps practices, and collaborative development workflows.

  • Communication & Collaboration: You communicate clearly in English, work well in cross-functional teams, and can translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Attention to Detail: You deliver high-quality solutions and care about performance, stability, and maintainability.

What You Will Do:
  • Build and Enhance Products
As a .NET Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role in developing and improving Synbiotix products, with a strong focus on building modern, user-friendly interfaces using Blazor. Your work will directly support healthcare platforms, delivering features that have real business and operational impact.

  • Develop Fullstack Solutions (.NET Backend & SQL Server Included)
While your main focus will be frontend/UI development, you will also contribute to backend and database work when needed. This includes implementing APIs and business logic in .NET, as well as working with SQL Server (T-SQL and Stored Procedures). You will help ensure performance, stability, and scalability across the entire system.

  • Work Closely with Teams in Cyprus and the UK
You will collaborate daily with international, English-speaking teams based in Cyprus and the UK, consisting of 3–5 fullstack. NET developers, and report directly to the Engineering Manager in Poland.

  • Support Development Processes and DevOps Practices
You will contribute to Agile workflows, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and support DevOps-driven delivery processes to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.

What success looks like in the first 6–12 months:
  • Delivered a modern, production-ready Blazor user interface for one of the key products within our Facilities Management portfolio, ensuring high usability, performance, and alignment with business needs.

  • Designed and implemented the required backend foundation, integrating with existing services and leveraging the current database architecture to deliver a stable, scalable, and maintainable solution.

  • Took ownership of end-to-end delivery, from understanding requirements and proposing technical approaches, through implementation, testing, and deployment, ensuring features are delivered with high quality and reliability.

  • Actively contributed to strengthening our SDLC and Agile practices, improving code quality, documentation standards, development workflows, and collaboration across teams in Cyprus and the UK.
