Position: FullStack / Cloud Tech Lead (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly technical and hands-on FullStack / Cloud Tech Lead to lead a product engineering team. This role is primarily focused on application development in .NET, with strong expectations around cloud-native delivery on Azure and modern DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6 engineers, owning delivery, execution quality, and technical direction at the team level.
- Act as the primary representative of the team, partnering with stakeholders and contributing to team-level planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Contribute 30-40% hands-on in building and evolving backend services using .NET 8 and .NET 10.
- Contribute 30-40% hands-on in building and evolving product toolset based on PowerShell and Azure DevOps.
- Design and implement cloud-native applications deployed to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Drive end-to-end delivery using Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, testing, and release management.
- Work with infrastructure defined via Terraform and Crossplane.
- Ensure production readiness: security, observability, reliability, and performance.
- Own code quality, testing standards, and technical debt management within the team.
- Balance on-call and customer priorities with team level delivery commitments
- Mentor engineers, drive clear technical communication, and enforce high engineering standards.
- Participate in L3 on-call rotation, handling incident triage and driving root-cause resolution.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with strong focus on backend development in .NET.
- Proven experience as a tech lead or senior engineer leading delivery for a team.
- Hands-on experience building and operating applications on Azure (AKS, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, network services) or a similar cloud stack.
- Solid understanding of containerized applications and Kubernetes
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
- Strong debugging and production troubleshooting skills.
- Clear communication skills to drive alignment and execution without ambiguity.
- Self-driven, with a bias toward ownership and delivering outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and GitOps workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Grafana LGTM stack.
- Experience with high-availability, production SaaS environments.
