Blue Yonder Title:

• Full Stack Support and Technical Architect

Overview:

• Responsible for supporting and maintaining existing applications. In addition, design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of enhancements to satisfy the requirements of one or more applications. Would work closely in migrating existing solutions to cloud platform.

Scope:

• Full Stack Support and Technical Architect would be responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of Blue Yonder Pricing and Revenue Management including new development as well as the support, maintenance, or enhancement of existing applications.

Our current technical environment:

• Apache Axis2/C application servers built in C++ utilizing CPLEX optimization routines.

• C# User Interface

• Oracle DB with heavy utilization of PL/SQL

• Bash/Perl/Python/JAVA scripts

What you’ll do:

• Support existing application on C/C++ application server.

• Develop REST/SOAP webservices.

• Developing multi-threading highly scalable components.

• Assist in system issue analysis and resolution.

• Develop scripts for interfaces between client system’s and Blue Yonder’s PRM products.

• Assist in data migration and translation associated with product deployments and upgrades.

• Provide database and system performance and tuning.

• Some travel required. Mostly North America but possibly anywhere globally.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of relevant experience including design, development, deployment and testing.

• Experience in working with complex algorithms and mathematical equations.

• Knowledge of Oracle Database, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

• Experience in Perl and Python scripting.

• Experience with Apache Web Server and SSL certificate management.

• Experience in Cognos Server Administration a plus.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes a plus.

• Knowledge multi-threading highly scalable component development.

• Strong background in object-oriented design.

• Strong skills in deadline management and ability to work in a team environment.

• 3+ years of experience developing applications on Linux/Unix platform.

• Ability to multitask and work independently on multiple projects.

• Solid understanding of systems architecture and design concepts

• Competent English language verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

• Development/support of mission critical applications a major plus
