What you’ll do:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining solutions for the bank which include custom development, SaaS integration, microservice design and development, RPA, and AI. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The individual must have experience in business process analysis and automation.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions using C# and Vue/React/Node and other such libraries.

Develop and maintain interactive web-based cloud solutions for custom development and support.

Integrate and maintain SaaS applications and microservices.
-
Develop and implement AI and RPA solutions to automate business processes.
-
Perform thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for automation and improvement.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
-
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
-
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
-
Help maintain process best practices, code quality, organization, and automation.
What you’ll need:
-
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or experiences.

5+ years of experience as a full stack software engineer, automation engineer or similar role.

Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, CI/CD and cloud development

Familiarity with CoPilot Studio

Strong experience with data integration technologies and techniques.

Proven expertise in business process review, documentation, and automation.

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile software practices, patterns, frameworks, and database development.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with business process analysis and automation.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Strong knowledge of cloud computing, DevOps, and application security.

Experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the banking or financial services industry.

Knowledge of Azure cloud platform, Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio, and OpenAI

Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation

Knowledge of Python
