Summary Generated by Built In

Are you a full-stack engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and building solutions that make data more accessible and useful?

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our Document Analytics team and help build modern, secure, and scalable technology solutions.

In this role, you’ll work across the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and hands-on development through testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support. You’ll build user-facing applications, APIs, integrations, and data-driven capabilities that help connect users with meaningful information and analytical insights.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner with engineers, architects, analytics professionals, product teams, operations, designers, and business stakeholders to turn real business needs into reliable technical solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, build, and maintain modern full-stack applications using React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS on the front end.
  • Develop reliable, scalable, and secure backend services using Go, C#, and/or Java.
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs, services, and integrations that enable access to data and analytical capabilities.
  • Build and maintain efficient database solutions, including working with PostgreSQL/Postgres and other data technologies.
  • Partner with product managers, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with UX/design partners to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
  • Assess technical requirements, recommend solution options, and provide reasonable development and delivery estimates.
  • Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and contribute to effective root-cause resolution.
  • Develop unit and integration tests to maintain application reliability and code quality.
  • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and other collaborative engineering practices.
  • Work with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies to support scalable application deployment.
  • Use modern development tools, including GitHub Copilot, to improve engineering productivity and quality.
  • Continuously explore new technologies and development practices that can improve our products and engineering environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated experience building both front-end and back-end applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript, along with HTML and CSS.
  • Professional backend development experience using at least one of the following: Go/Golang, strongly preferred C#/.NET Java
  • Experience designing, developing, and consuming APIs and web services.
  • Experience working with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, application architecture, testing, and maintainable code.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, including experience investigating and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Ability to evaluate requirements, recommend technical approaches, and estimate level of effort.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • A continuous-learning mindset and willingness to challenge existing approaches constructively.
Nice to Have
  • Hands-on experience with Go/Golang in production environments.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL/Postgres or comparable relational databases.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub and modern source-control practices.
  • Experience with engineering and project-tracking tools such as Jira.
  • Experience developing data-intensive, analytics, or document-processing applications.
What Success Looks Like

You’ll bring genuine full-stack engineering capability, comfortably moving between a modern React front end and backend services and APIs. You’ll be someone who can take a problem from requirements through implementation, testing, and production, while collaborating closely with the people around you.

Most importantly, you’ll be curious, pragmatic, and motivated by building technology that is secure, scalable, maintainable, and useful.

When You Join Our Team
  • We’ll empower you to learn, grow, and build the career you want.
  • You’ll work in a collaborative environment where different perspectives and ideas are valued.
  • You’ll have opportunities to work with modern technologies and contribute directly to meaningful engineering challenges.
  • As part of a global team, you’ll help shape technology solutions that support the future of the organization.
