The Digital Transformation and Reengineering team is looking for an innovative, self-motivated individual who is passionate about applying emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges.
The successful candidate will work on execution of small-scale development projects for the organization and support successful implementation of use cases on emerging technology products.
As a Full Stack Software Developer you will be required advanced JavaScript programming skills, critical thinking and customer-oriented mindset. Responsible for implementing new or revised tools and concepts. The overall objective of this role is to contribute the larger Identity and Access management organization to increase effectiveness with adopting emerging technologies.
What you will do:
- Mostly front end development with some occasional backend code requirements.
- Build, support, and enhance emerging technology use cases (Virtual Assistant and related products).
- Manage all aspect of small-scale development projects across the SDLC.
- Utilize cross-functional knowledge to document business requirements and implement solutions.
- Participate in process re-engineering discussions and challenge status quo.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on digital platforms to ensure best practices are applied.
- Make design and architectural recommendations to the business.
- Support other team members with programming and architectural decisions and recommendations.
What we will need from you:
- Have at least 5 years experience with 2+ years in Application Support / Development / DevOps team in global organization.
- Must demonstrate advanced JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills.
- JavaScript frameworks knowledge is an advantage.
- Any additional programming language is a plus.
- Experience working with REST APIs and development tools such as git, RLM, JIRA.
- Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma and Design Thinking concepts.
- Experience with Docker is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to articulate technical concepts to a business audience.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a globally distributed team with limited oversight.
- Self-starter who is a quick learner of new tools and technologies.
- Fluent English knowledge.
- B.S. in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent work experience.
