CACI is looking for a Software Developer with strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a record of accomplishment in successful project execution and application development.
The Software Developer will be working at CACI’s office in North Charleston. The project is within the Military Health portfolio.
More About the Role:
- Advise, consult, and interact with team leaders and peers.
- Full accountability for the execution and delivery of multiple user stories as related to testing, and software development and administration.
- Prepare and deliver customer deliverables and scope execution requirements established by customer.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
- Technically minded individual with demonstrated success in full-stack application development.
- Proven experience in full-stack development (3+ years), with expertise in Java, Spring, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Strong skills in front-end development using HTML/CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS.
- Proficiency with version control systems like Git, ensuring smooth collaboration in a multi-developer environment.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including building, testing, and deploying code in an automated, efficient, and scalable manner.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while effectively managing priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team in agile environments, working through sprints and iterative development cycles.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in both front-end and back-end systems.
- Ability to positively influence technical direction within the team, offering insights into system design, best practices, and innovative solutions.
Education and Experience
- Active SECRET Clearance or higher (holder or ability to obtain).
- BS degree in Engineering, Physics, Network Security, Information Systems or Computer Science.
- At least 3 years of development experience, preferably in an Agile environment.
- Expertise in the areas of vulnerability and risk management.
- An active IAT Level II DoD IAT Level 2 certification or higher (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP, etc.)
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
- Experience in Java EE or Spring Framework for building robust, scalable web applications.
- A solid understanding of application architecture and design patterns, enabling effective solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Experience working with Fortify or other static code analysis tools, with the ability to interpret scan results and generate security reports.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and consumption using Java and front-end frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud-based environments (i.e, AWS)

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$54,600 - $112,000
