We’re looking for a full-stack Ruby on Rails developer who thrives in fast-moving, startup-style environments, someone who’s energized by building quickly, adapting constantly, and taking ownership from concept to production.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- Strong product thinking, ability to connect engineering work to business goals
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proven ability to work with speed, autonomy, and foresight

- Experience or familiarity with HIPAA compliance and secure handling of healthcare data.
