A DAY IN A LIFE
At Teleport, we’re building toward IPO — and that means doing the boring things well. Execution, discipline, and follow-through matter as much as big ideas.
Your day will be varied, often crossing functions, but most of your time will focus on delivering results, owning your scope end-to-end, making fast, data-informed decisions, and following through on fundamentals like reporting, documentation, and processes.
How we work matters as much as what we achieve. Doing the basics right, every time, sets us up for success.
Most of your time will be spent driving impact through:
- Designing and developing cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using the Flutter framework to streamline Teleport's logistics operations.
- Owning the front-end lifecycle from translating Figma designs into high-quality code to integrating with robust back-end APIs, ensuring top-tier performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborating across engineering teams to maintain a clean architecture, participate in code reviews, and drive technical decisions that scale.
REQUIREMENTS
These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with at least 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-level mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of state management (e.g., Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider) and experience in integrating RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Expertise in mobile UI/UX principles, with a keen eye for detail in animations, responsiveness across different screen sizes, and performance optimization.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience building production mobile applications using Flutter
- Strong experience building modern web applications using React and TypeScript
- Proven experience publishing and maintaining production apps on Apple App Store and Google Play Store
- Strong understanding of client-side state management and API consumption
- Strong understanding of Git, including branching and merging strategies
- Experience working in agile teams with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with design systems or reusable component libraries
- Familiarity with mobile and web performance optimization
- Experience with crash reporting, analytics, or monitoring tools
- Experience working on large-scale or consumer-facing product
