As part of our Integrations Team, you’ll help make Haiilo the place where data, content, and workflows seamlessly come together. Your work will directly shape how smoothly our platform integrates with the broader ecosystem of tools our customers rely on — from HR systems to productivity apps to communication channels.

Who we're looking for- 3+ years full-stack experience with strong backend skills (Java + Spring Boot) and solid frontend experience (TypeScript, ideally Angular)
- Very good English proficiency for effective collaboration in an international environment
- Experience with Docker and cloud-based architectures
- Knowledge of SQL and/or MongoDB
- Confidence in making architectural decisions, evaluating trade-offs, and solving problems proactively
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows, testing practices, and building maintainable, high-quality systems

What you’ll do
- Develop and evolve integrations that connect Haiilo with HR systems, communication channels, identity providers, and productivity tools
- Implement features across the stack, using Java + Spring Boot on the backend and Angular + TypeScript on the frontend
- Contribute to and influence our microservice and micro-frontend architecture
- Build systems that are reliable, maintainable, observable, and scalable in cloud environments
- Ensure performance, accessibility, and design consistency by using and contributing to our internal design system
- Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to define, scope, and ship impactful features with clear value
👩🏼💻Flexibility & Teamwork: We love our hybrid setup and meet to work on-site at least 2 days/week, with Wednesdays as the designated in-office day.
