Are you passionate about building cutting-edge platforms that span from low-level device software to large-scale cloud systems? Nordic Semiconductor is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our product engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a platform that enables millions of devices to work seamlessly, while solving complex technical challenges across the stack.
You will work alongside a highly skilled, collaborative team of generalists with deep experience from startups, scale-ups, and leading global technology companies. At Nordic, we develop everything from SDKs for microcontrollers to large-scale backend data processing to sophisticated custom frontend visualizations. This role is pivotal in advancing a platform that supports our customers and shapes the future of IoT device reliability at scale.
You will be joining the Memfault team within Nordic Semiconductor.
Key responsibilities
  • Onboard as either a Frontend (React/Typescript) or Backend (Python, Kotlin, Typescript) developer
  • Work on the hard technical challenges that interest you while delivering value to our customers and supporting our business objectives.
  • Start with simple, pragmatic solutions and iterate quickly. Our engineers strive to ship meaningful work every day.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to take ambiguous problems and build solutions that work for our customers.
  • Help bring modern development tools & best practices to the whole software engineering discipline in the IoT industry.
  • Have a major positive impact on our product, our customers, our culture, and our business.

Qualifications and skills
  • A developer with 5+ years of experience building web applications
  • Well-versed with, and enthusiastic about React/Typescript Frontends or Python/Kotlin backends
  • Proven experience in either Frontend or Backend development:
    • Built complex frontends with data visualizations in React/Typescript
    • Scalable backends in Python or Kotlin (Django, Flask, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, Redis, AWS)

  • The salary range for this role is (124.000 - 187.000 USD). Exact salary is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience.
