The kind of engineer we’re looking for
We’re not hiring “X years of experience.” We’re hiring engineering instinct.
- Feels uncomfortable when systems are brittle
- Naturally thinks in abstractions, edge cases, and trade-offs
- Enjoys building end-to-end, not just owning a tiny slice
- If programming feels native to you rather than learned by rote, you’ll feel at home here
What you’ll actually do
- Build and ship production-grade features end-to-end
- Design APIs, backend systems, and frontend experiences
- Collaborate directly with founders, product, and users
- Make architectural decisions and live with their consequences
- Debug real problems under real constraints (time, scale, ambiguity)
- Continuously refactor, simplify, and improve existing systems
You’ll touch frontend, backend, infra-adjacent concerns, and AI-enabled systems—sometimes all in the
same week.
Core technical skills
Frontend
- React (modern hooks-based patterns)
- UI libraries like shadcn/ui
- CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS
- Clean component architecture and state management
Backend
- Node.js (REST APIs, async systems)
- Python with FastAPI
- WebSockets / real-time systems
- Designing scalable, readable APIs
AI / ML (practical, not academic)
- Basic machine learning concepts
- Working familiarity with AI systems
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Integrating models into real products
- Engineering fundamentals
- Data structures & algorithms (used instinctively, not memorized)
- System design thinking
- Debugging distributed or async systems
- Writing code meant to be maintained by others
What matters more than years of experience
- Prior startup experience (early-stage preferred)
- Ability to learn fast and self-correct faster
- Comfort with ambiguity and evolving requirements
- Strong ownership mindset—you finish what you start
- Taste for clean, simple solutions over clever ones
What you’ll get
- High ownership and real impact
- Exposure to product, users, and business decisions
- Freedom to shape architecture and tech direction
- A fast-moving environment where learning is constant
- A team that values clarity of thought over buzzwords
If you’re an engineer who builds side projects for fun, gets annoyed by bad abstractions, and constantly thinks “this could be simpler,” you’ll probably enjoy working with us.

What We Do
Turium offers the world's first secure, private, and the most powerful version of Enterprise AI. A fully managed hybrid solution that spans across the entire enterprise data and AI lifecycle.
Our commitment is unwavering: to develop safe Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) technology that serves all of humanity. By aligning our goals with the collective interests of our customers, partners, and the overall society, we consistently prioritize groundbreaking innovation over mere profit.
Turium's technology are the virtual twins of distributed neurons in the brain, linking historically siloed, disconnected systems to power smarter, more informed operations. By simulating the biological neural networks (BNNs) found in living brains, we've developed Turium Neural Networks (TNNs), which embody advanced learning models capable of emulating different cognitive abilities. The unique architecture and learning capabilities of our products result in an unprecedented level of speed, interoperability, and security for AI and automation applications. This advances us closer to the ultimate goal of AGI — creating systems capable of autonomously learning from their environment and transferring that learning to novel situations. This bidirectional interchange paves the way for transformative advancements in AI-driven sectors, moving us a step closer to truly intelligent systems.
We envision a future where Artificial General Intelligence revolutionizes every facet of our lives. To turn this vision into reality, we are on the lookout for passionate individuals from across the globe. If you are driven by innovation and aspire to make a lasting impact, join us in sculpting the future of Enterprise AI.
