We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Engineer to contribute hands on development and long term ownership of critical platform components supporting CMS driven initiatives. This role focuses on building, enhancing, and supporting scalable backend services and user facing applications, while enabling automation for vulnerability management and incident response. The individual will work independently on complex problems, delivering high quality solutions that meet regulatory timelines and operational requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Java based backend services, APIs, and integrations using Spring Boot and related frameworks
  • Build and enhance front end components using modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React)
  • Implement CMS driven enhancements, fixes, and compliance related changes within committed timelines
  • Develop and integrate automation for vulnerability detection, prioritization, and remediation workflows
  • Contribute to AI enabled capabilities for incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution recommendations
  • Own features end to end, including development, testing, deployment, and production support
  • Improve code quality, performance, and maintainability while reducing technical debt
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with cross functional teams
  • Provide technical guidance through code reviews and knowledge sharing

Qualifications - External
Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
Required Skills and Experience
Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
Front-end experience with Angular or React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-based deployments
Ability to work independently on complex, production-critical systems
Experience supporting regulated or compliance-driven delivery environments (preferred)
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Solid hands on experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
  • Front end experience with Angular or React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud based deployments
  • Proven ability to work independently on complex, production critical systems

Preferred Qualification:
  • Experience supporting regulated or compliance driven delivery environments
