AI/ML Engineers code and develop software that deploys ML models and algorithms in production. Communicate and present complex analytics results and concepts to leadership and internal stakeholders. Employee AI and/or ML that may include natural language processing (NLP), natural language understanding (NLU), semantic understanding, intent classification, computer vision, deep learning, and automatic speech recognition (ASR). Applies deep learning technologies to give computers that capability to visualize, learn and respond to complex situations. May adapt machine learning to areas such as artificial intelligence, robotics and other products that allow users to have an interactive experience. Work with large scale computing frameworks, data analysis systems. Employees in this role are expected to apply knowledge of experimental methodologies, statistics, optimization, probability theory and machine learning using code for tool building, statistical analysis, using both general purpose software and statistical languages. AI/ML Applied Scientists specialize in advancing and applying artificial intelligence through research-driven, experimental research, and translate research findings into practical AI solutions for the organization.

• MLOps: MLflow, Model Deployment, Feature Stores, Experiment Tracking, CI/CD for ML
• Model Reliability: Drift Detection, Monitoring, Observability, Model Health Management
• Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, Distributed Computing, Scalable ML Infrastructure
• Data Engineering: Databricks, Synapse, BigQuery, Dataflow, Batch & Real-Time Pipelines
• Streaming Systems: Kafka, Event Hub, Pub/Sub
• AI Engineering: Production ML Systems, Responsible AI, Explainable AI, Cost-Optimized AI Solutions
• System Design: Enterprise Architecture, Scalable ML Platforms, Secure & Reliable AI Systems
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX Collaboration
• Leadership: Technical Leadership, AI Strategy, Mentoring ML Engineers & Data Scientists
• Governance & Operations: Security, Automation, Scalability, Operational Excellence
• Basic, structured, standard approach to work

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master in Computer Science
• AI/ML Engineering Lead with solid MLOps, Cloud, GenAI, Production AI, and Team Leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cloud Platforms: Azure (Primary), GCP (Primary), AWS
