Job Description Summary:

The Coca-Cola Company is evolving into a more digital-first, data-driven enterprise to fuel sustainable growth, increase speed to market, and unlock new sources of value. Rapid advances in technology, data, and AI create a unique opportunity to accelerate the The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) system’s next chapter of growth by reimagining our core competitive advantages. Building on a strong foundation of modernized infrastructure, global digital experiences, early data capabilities, and proven use cases, we are now shifting from early wins to scaled, end to end impact on growth, productivity, and efficiency.

This next phase moves us from an analog world to a fully digitized one, powered by a digital growth engine that embeds data, technology, and AI into our most critical business domains. Success will require more than technology implementation, it demands a strategic transformation of core capabilities, a domain based, product centric operating model, and a cultural shift toward experimentation, data and technology fluency, and seamless partnership between business and digital teams.

Job Description Summary

As Coca-Cola accelerates the adoption of data, digital technologies, and artificial intelligence across core business domains, this role helps design, develop, and evolve Coke ON and related enterprise applications that support end-to-end business processes, digital experiences, and data-driven decision making, collaborating closely with product managers, solution architects, data engineers, integration teams, cybersecurity specialists, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:
Lead technical governance, solution review, and engineering alignment across Coke ON delivery partners and internal stakeholders.

Acts as the primary technical authority for feature-level design decisions, engineering trade-offs, and cross-vendor technical coordination.

  • Technical ownership expands from engineering oversight to active cross-vendor technical governance. Acts as the neutral authority for FE–BE design decisions, implementation trade-offs, API usage patterns, performance considerations, and feasibility assessments where frontend and backend vendors have competing priorities.

  • Collaborate with product, architecture, data, integration, and business teams to translate Coke ON requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

  • Assess and validate application solution designs against architectural standards and delivery requirements.

  • Establish and govern engineering quality expectations, testing standards, observability requirements, and delivery practices across vendors.

  • Evaluate and guide the technical feasibility and integration approach for AI, analytics, automation, and emerging platform capabilities.

  • Partner with cybersecurity and platform teams to ensure Coke ON applications meet enterprise requirements for security, privacy, compliance, and resilience.

  • Identify, prioritize, and govern remediation of technical debt across vendor-delivered solutions.

  • Contribute to technical roadmaps and engineering strategies that support Coke ON's future-state digital capabilities and business growth objectives.

  • Lead technical investigations and coordinate resolution of complex cross-system issues involving multiple vendors and platforms.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve engineering efficiency and business outcomes for Coke ON.

Organizational Impact

  • Directly shapes the reliability, performance, and scalability of the Coke ON platform serving JKOU consumers and bottler operations.

  • Provides technical leadership, governance, and feasibility oversight for Coke ON feature delivery across vendors.
