About the Role:
You will be implementing quality code to meet functional and non-functional requirements that will pass through different stage gates to ensure quality matrix and code coverage in CI/CD.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
- Build new features and enhance existing products using modern JavaScript/TypeScript technologies.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that meets functional and non-functional requirements.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and system reliability.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend integrations.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
- Support software release management and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to our engineering practices.
What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?
- Education & Professional Qualification: B.S. or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on backend development JavaScript frameworks (NodeJS, ExpressJS, NestJS).
- Knowledge of REST Web Services/ APIs.
- Strong Database Knowledge, SQL, and Query optimization.
- Knowledge of any ORM Framework.
- Good experience with TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience with source control (GIT) and CI/CD, for example, Jenkins.
- Experience with unit testing - Mocha or Jest framework.
- Good expertise in writing scalable and optimized code.
- Experience with other JavaScript frameworks - ReactJS, Angular.
- Interest in front-end UX development.
- Demonstrable understanding of good architectural design principles.
- Interest in tooling and automation, exposure to Scrum/Agile environment.

Skills Required
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development
- Strong frontend expertise in ReactJS, Angular, or similar frameworks
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience in backend development using NodeJS, ExpressJS, or NestJS
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and database management
- Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD tools
