We are currently extending our Innovation Team. We are looking for Junior, Mid and Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Gen AI to join our team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in designing, developing, and maintaining state-of-the-art web applications. You will work with a diverse group of talented professionals in a dynamic, start-up-like environment, helping to shape the future of digital solutions. This position will be based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania as a hybrid role that has a requirement of working three days a week in the office.

This hub is central to our digital strategy, addressing emerging challenges and enhancing service delivery through advanced technology solutions that empower our clients and promote sustainable growth.

  • Operationalise prototypes developed by the Dublin or local AI teams.

  • Ensure seamless handover of operationalised prototypes to business technology teams.

  • Embrace a lifelong learning mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

  • Establish and maintain best practice development frameworks and standards, such as Prompt Engineering.

  • Develop practices and guidelines to improve consistency and reuse of solutions.

What you need to have:

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Romanian.

  • Basic understanding of AI concepts and be able to talk about a personal or professional project involving AI, including your approach and the reasoning behind it.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in a modern frontend framework, ideally React (Vue or Angular are also great).

  • Hands-on experience with NestJS / NodeJS or a similar technology stack.

  • Experience with or knowledge of Python.

  • Strong comprehension of RESTful APIs.

  • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).

  • Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques.

  • Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

  • A creative, problem-solving mindset that drives your work.
