Buscamos un Full Stack Engineer (C#, Python, JavaScript y HTML/CSS) con experiencia en automatización y entendimiento de procesos de negocio, capaz de identificar oportunidades de mejora en la operación de nuestros clientes y convertirlas en funcionalidades inteligentes dentro de nuestro producto.
La persona ideal combina pensamiento crítico, visión de negocio y habilidades técnicas para diseñar soluciones que ayuden a los clientes a optimizar y automatizar su trabajo mediante Inteligencia Artificial.
Responsabilidades
Diseñar y desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades asociadas al monitoreo de nuestra plataforma.
Comprender procesos de negocio y necesidades de clientes para identificar oportunidades de automatización y optimización.
Diseñar capacidades basadas en Inteligencia Artificial que ayuden a los clientes a reducir tareas manuales y mejorar su operación.
Transformar requerimientos de negocio en soluciones técnicas escalables y listas para producción.
Desarrollar soluciones Full Stack utilizando C#, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS y Microsoft Azure.
Diseñar e implementar integraciones y automatizaciones utilizando APIs, Web Services y Bizagi como plataforma de orquestación.
Colaborar con equipos de Producto e Ingeniería para definir, validar y evolucionar funcionalidades de alto impacto.
Utilizar herramientas de IA para acelerar el desarrollo, testing y documentación de software.
Requisitos indispensables
4+ años de experiencia como Full Stack Developer y experiencia en C#, Python, JavaScript y HTML/CSS.
Experiencia desarrollando e integrando APIs y Web Services.
Experiencia con SQL Server.
Experiencia desarrollando soluciones en Microsoft Azure.
Conocimiento de procesos de negocio, BPM o automatización.
Capacidad para entender necesidades de clientes y transformarlas en soluciones tecnológicas.
Fuertes habilidades de pensamiento crítico, análisis y resolución de problemas.
Experiencia usando herramientas de IA (por ejemplo GitHub Copilot, LLMs, APIs de IA) a lo largo del ciclo de desarrollo.
Experiencia trabajando con distintos modelos de inteligencia artificial (LLMs) aplicados al desarrollo de software, entendiendo sus usos y limitaciones.
Inglés B1+.

Skills Required
- 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Experience with C#, Python, JavaScript and HTML/CSS
- Experience developing and integrating APIs and Web Services
- Experience with SQL Server
- Experience developing solutions in Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of business processes, BPM, or automation
- Ability to understand client needs and turn them into technical solutions
- Strong critical thinking, analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLMs, AI APIs) throughout the development cycle
- Experience working with different AI models (LLMs) applied to software development
