Here’s what we expect from you

1. You love coding and think of it as a craft. We wouldn't have it otherwise.

2. You should have good experience in AI-native full-stack.

3. Frontend skills:

You have a good knowledge of the basics of Javascript/Typescript (frontend) and
You have experience in creating modularised code in React. You know when to use HOCs, Hooks, Context and their trade-offs.
You can create a slick webpage using HTML and CSS alone.

4. Backend skills:

You have a solid grasp of the basics of Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
You’ve built and maintained REST APIs using frameworks like Django/Django Rest Framework (Python) or Express/Fastify (Node.js).
You understand persistence and can work your way around Django ORM or any SQL/NoSQL store confidently.

5. You can set up your stack on a cloud provider of your choice.

6. You have a good understanding of SOLID principles — enough to know when these are useless.

7. You aren't complacent about your skillset and have a hunger to learn more.

8. You like to share your learnings with others.
