核心职责
AI模型智能路由决策系统：设计并实现多策略AI模型路由引擎，实现请求到模型的最优匹配，保证低延迟决策，并确保路由决策透明可审计 AI算力商品化与计费系统：构建多层级算力定价与计费引擎，实现精细化成本核算与防套利机制 基础设施与可靠性：微服务架构部署与优化、缓存与熔断机制设计、数据库事务保障、高可用架构与故障自动切换 AI模型能力评测与价格数据管道：主流AI模型能力评测数据整合 + 平台用户反馈聚合 + 实时价格缓存与同步 性能工程：冷启动优化 + 压测验证 + 在线学习与实时统计
- 3年+全栈开发经验，具备以下三个认知维度中的至少两个：
- AI模型认知：深入理解主流LLM模型的能力边界、成本结构、API协议（OpenAI/Anthropic/Google/国产模型），对模型选型和性价比评估有实战经验
- AI模型聚合认知：理解多模型聚合架构（API Gateway/Proxy/Router模式），对模型路由、负载均衡、故障转移、成本优化有工程经验或深度认知
- AI智能路由/Commerce认知：有智能决策系统（推荐/路由/调度/竞价/计费）开发经验，理解"算力商品化"——将AI推理能力从技术接口转化为可定价、可订阅、可审计的商业产品
- 精通Go或Python后端 + Next.js/React前端，能独立完成从API设计→前端实现→部署上线的全链路
- 有低延迟决策系统经验（推荐/路由/调度/竞价）
- 精通Redis + PostgreSQL，理解在线学习/实时统计等算法
- 有SaaS计费/订阅/支付系统集成相关经验
- 有云原生/容器化部署与运维经验
- 有AI模型路由/模型调度/算力调度相关经验
- 有推荐系统/广告引擎/电商交易系统经验——路由决策和成本优化的transferable技能
- 有多模型API网关/LLM Proxy开发经验（开源或商业产品均可）
- 有Multi-Armed Bandit/A/B测试框架设计经验
- 有电商/支付/计费系统经验
- 有SLA 99.9%+系统运维经验
- 开源项目贡献者（GitHub 500+ stars项目）

Skills Required
- 3+ years full-stack development experience and expertise in at least two: AI model cognition, AI model aggregation, or AI intelligent routing/commerce cognition
- Proficient in Go or Python for backend and Next.js/React for frontend; deliver end-to-end from API design to deployment
- Experience building low-latency decision systems (recommendation, routing, scheduling, bidding)
- Proficient with Redis and PostgreSQL and understanding of online learning and real-time statistics
- Experience with SaaS billing, subscription, and payment system integration
- Experience with cloud-native, containerized deployment and operations (microservices, container orchestration)
