We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sr. / Lead Full Stack Dot Net Developer to become a key member of our dynamic team. The perfect candidate will have strong skills in C# / .NET development along with experience in modern UI frameworks. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining reliable, scalable financial applications that support mission-critical solutions for our clients in the banking and fintech industries.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Design and develop secure, high-performance, and scalable applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+.
Create interactive front-end interfaces utilizing one of the following technologies:
- JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js)
- Blazor .NET or WPF
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to define, design, and deliver new features.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and database components.
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and preparation of technical design documentation.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Adhere to secure coding practices and ensure compliance with industry standards such as PCI DSS and OWASP.
Optimize application performance and address production issues as necessary.
Required Skills:
- Over 6 years of software development experience in banking, fintech, or product-based environments.
- Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+ development.
- Experience with at least one front-end framework from the following:
- Blazor .NET or WPF
- JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js)
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and domain-driven design principles.
- Proficient with SQL Server or PostgreSQL and Entity Framework Core.
- Familiarity with tools such as Syncfusion, Datatables, and AutoMapper.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of source control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Awareness of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with or developing modular applications using the ABP.IO framework is highly desirable.
- Understanding of banking or payment systems, digital wallets, or transaction processing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, containers (Docker), and Kubernetes is beneficial.
